Founded by Chef Taylor Hindman and wine curator Tyler Morrison, the restaurant provides a casual fine dining experience with a seasonally inspired menu, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine selection featuring over 140 labels. The intimate 22-seat indoor dining room and 32-seat patio create a cozy atmosphere for guests. Scratch also offers catering services and hosts special events like wine dinners and live music nights.

<h1>COMING SOON</h1> Big Grove Brewery is among Iowa's top craft beer producers and ranks in the top 75 for barrel production nationally. In 2013, the brewery started as a 3.5-barrel brewhouse in Solon, Iowa, and focused on freshly made craft beer and elevated pub cuisine. Big Grove has earned numerous craft brewing awards, including a Great American Beer Festival (GABF) gold medal for its flagship Hazy IPA, Easy Eddy; recognition for Citrus Surfer Fruited Wheat; and a silver medal at the GABF for Festbier (Oktoberfest), a Bavarian-style Märzen.
